When we set up AI agents for your business, all accounts, data, and access remain under your control. We do not host your business data. We do not retain access to your systems after project completion unless you engage us for ongoing support.

5. AI Systems and Your Data

AI agents we deploy run on your own accounts (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, etc.). Your data is processed according to those providers’ privacy policies. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any AI provider whose services we configure for you.

6. Colorado AI Act (SB26-189) Compliance

We are aware of Colorado SB26-189, which takes effect January 1, 2027. We build compliance documentation and transparency measures into the AI systems we deploy for clients. This privacy policy does not constitute legal advice.
