Do I need to be technical to work with you?

What tools do you use?
We work with the best tools for your specific needs — OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Microsoft Copilot, and open-source models. We connect them to your existing CRM, email, calendar, and document systems. We recommend tools based on your workflow, not our preferences.
How long does setup take?
The assessment takes 5-7 days. Full setup and deployment takes 3-6 weeks depending on complexity. You’ll see working AI agents within the first two weeks of the setup phase.
What if AI doesn’t work for my business?
Then we tell you that during the assessment. The $1,500 assessment is designed to find out exactly where AI will and won’t help. If the answer is “not yet,” you’ll have a roadmap for when it will. We’d rather lose a sale than sell you something that doesn’t work.
Do I need the compliance add-on?
If you’re a Colorado business using AI to make decisions about customers, employees, or operations — yes. The law takes effect January 1, 2027, with no small business exemption. The 60-day cure period runs through January 1, 2030, but preparing before launch is far cheaper than remediating after.
Is my data safe?
Yes. All AI agents we deploy run on your own accounts. You own the data, the accounts, and the access. We set everything up under your control and hand over all credentials when the project is complete. We don’t host your data and we don’t retain access after launch.
